Day 5: July 6th, 2010

As you can see, Paige and Maddie finally decided to put aside their differences and become friends. Paige has always been a little scared of Maddie (who gets a little overzealous and has accidentally scratched Paige a few times), but lately she's been showing more and more interest in her. It started out with just watching the dogs from her bouncer as I fed them, but now whenever Maddie stops by to say hi, Paige reaches out to touch her. Maddie is beyond thrilled with this (sweetest dog ever!) and actually blurred out a few pictures because she was wagging her tail so hard!

So this is the before... poor Paige is crying because Maddie keeps licking Paige's nose.

And this is now...

Paige spent almost an hour today in her jumper. She LOVES that thing - seriously, screaming with happiness the whole time and can't stop laughing... until I pick up the camera. For some reason, she won't smile for me on camera anymore! I have to try and trick her into it. Anyways she definitely got a leg workout in because she was pooped at the end. She kept trying to lay her head on the tray so I pulled her out and put her down for a nap.

Love those eyes! She refuses to look at me when I start taking pictures. :(
