Just taking a quick break from addressing Christmas cards to put up some more pictures of Paige. :)

I can't believe she's almost 9 months old. I feel like the past year has been such a blur. Not in a bad way, of course... but I'm seriously in denial that I'm about to start planning my little girl's 1st birthday. Everyday I wish I could just stop time and keep her this tiny forever! Okay okay, maybe not when she's teething or sick... but she's still a good sport even then.

Speaking of, Paige has her SECOND cold! The past month & a half have been rough on her. Two colds & two teeth all in 6 weeks. She's sleeping a little better now but still, when she wakes up and I go in to get her, my heart breaks when I see that her sheets are soaked through because of her runny nose. Even as I'm typing this, I can hear her coughing in there while she naps. She seems to handle it better than me & my husband (we caught it from her) so she's definitely her daddy's little fighter.

The good news though is that Paige started walking! It's still hard for her so she prefers to crawl but she tries to walk a LOT now! For about a month she would occasionally take a few steps alone but now she's determined. She'll take 4 steps, kind of realize she isn't holding on to anything, sit down, then get back up and take 4-5 more steps.

So here are the Christmas pictures I took of her. It was literally another 2 minute session since she was cranky so that's why her face is all grumpy... lol.

The one we ended up using.

LOVE the way she's sitting here (she posed like this all by herself) but she's got the 'I'm about to cry' face on.

Here she is walking around crying... but being the mean mommy I am, I just had to get a picture (even though she's out of focus).

I'm like a little kid, I love the first snow of the season! Well, technically it wasn't the very first; we had a little sprinkling earlier this week. But this was the first snow that sticks and layers the ground. We bundled Paige up & took her out for all of about 2 minutes. She's hilarious in her snow suit! In the house she acts like she can't move at all (reminds me of the kid in A Christmas Story) but then we got outside and she wanted to crawl around in it. Poor girl got her mittens all soaked so we brought her in to warm her up!

In other news, Paige's second tooth popped through already! Teething is definitely a rocky road but hopefully she'll get a little break before her top ones come in.

I love how if you look close in this picture, you can actually see the snowflakes falling!
